I like how well those raindrops stand out on his feathers! He does look soaked. The pose is attractive and the colors look great. The exposure and clarity are very nice.

Are there rain drops on the bird feather?

Excellent shot trough the window without any distraction or flares

good supporting blur background

a very good close up portrait with sharp focus, especially since it was taken through the window; nice glowing yellow color and excellent capture of the water droplets;

They all look so pathetic when they are wet. A fine shot though. I have found that the orioles prefer grape jelly to most anything else. So do the ants.

    Thanks very much! So far the ants haven?t discovered the jelly yet,had to start putting that out since the orioles are going through 3 oranges a day,last count we have close to 10.

looks just like me after work for the last 2 days..lol. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this wet birdie is great. he does look pissed..lol..the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

Even with his soaked feathers, he is beautiful! I like the way he is posed facing away but he kindly turned his head allowing a side view of his face! He is well focused, the image is clear, exposure is well managed, his colors and tones appear natural. Well composed ! I love his clear eye! Well presented! I wonder if there are other types of birds that like oranges.

He looks rather 'drenched' indeed,LeeAnn!
Your photograph of him looks Great however!
It's a well-presented piece that's enjoyably colorful,beautifully focused,and a lot of fun to view!
