Indeed the battle cry and the spear are obvious. It looks like a model for Mark's drawings. You should submit that for his challenge. It would rock the audience I guess.
It is also a good stop-in-action shot. The photo is focused and has good natural-realistic colors. The shallow background emphasizes the battle-bird nicely. The composition is balanced and well framed.
