Very nice photo. Focus is sharp and the color is very natural looking. The composition is nice, but it's a little close to the edges, so a little more negative space on each side would be a little better and feel less boxed in, I think. Very nice photo though. It will be fun when the babies are born since the does seem to be relaxed there.
