Spring has sprung certainly. It looks as if the Finch is sitting on a Willow branch where the first soft buds are just emerging. The bird is focused. The photo has good realistic colors. The soft, shallow background emphasizes the bird and its colors nicely. The composition is balanced and works, but I think you also could frame tighter on both sides.

This guy is definitely an attention getter,the better to attract the ladies with that flashy in your face yellow plumage and contrasting black accompaniments.Very visually appealing,like winged sunshine!
