Beautiful looking scenery Pat, I love how you have made that one flower break into the sky this adds scale in a focal point to the photo, fabulous colour with the blues and mauves I also like that silhouetted line of trees running across the horizon!

This has a fresh early summer appeal. The sunlight falling on the crags add a nice backdrop. I like the position you have taken that they are left to just passed centre then we have the forest of firs all giving perspective to the whole. The colour pink on those petals is startling and beautiful. These remind me of a variety of hedgerow and meadow flowers that are classed as weeds at home in the Uk, they can become intrusive their seeds are the type that fly with little white fluffy type wings. Very lovely tho when in flower. You photo shows excellent focus from a lower angle. Great use of light.
