The focus is perfect. The black and white emphasizes the nostalgia of the capture. The photo is throughout sharp and has excellent depth. All details are exquisitely defined. I like the face expression of the man especially.

This looks like a scene from an old movie in black and white! I like the trolly busses, the image is clear and well focused, exposure is well managed, nice tonal range in the black and white, well composed and presented!

A fine shot. I like the composition and the outstretched hand of the uniformed conductor. The image is impeccably sharp and the tonal range in this black and white is superb.

This could easily be an old time shot of these doubledeckers on the road. Having the traffic officer in the shot adds to the reality of the scene. Good focus and composition. The B&W works well to add to the feeling. Well done.

A very good entry into the competition posted here! Your fine composition offers us an interesting look at your fascinating location. The black and white interpretation works well in providing and old world look. Exposure and sharpness are good. Well done and good luck!

What a blast from the past Brian and without reading your notes you could easliy say that this was taken many years ago it definitely has that look and feel about and I sepia tone would not look out of place that would also work for this because of the subject matter!

This is a pristine shot. Everything from cobles to sky is so well defined. Great focus and construction with a good eye for arrangement. The black and white so suits the era. I remember tbese autos so well. We have an outdoor museum in NE England, Beamish where villages, farms and coal mines have been reconstructed and of course it has its buses too. And a steam railway.
