Spot on with that great bokeh Nikman.

This photo looks amazing! I LOVE the way you captured the light. The seagull and the water balance out so you can see both. I really love the way the water sparkles in the background. Very well done!

Excellent choice of subject.
Aptly captured for the contest theme...
Fantabulous bokeh technique/effect...
Better if you didn't crop its feet.
Visually soothing colors.

Nice perspective & narrow DOF.
Best of luck in the contest!
Thanks for sharing...

Great photo of the seagull, but the background really makes the photo. It makes the bird shimmer and shine. Great photo! Thank you for sharing.

A beautiful picture of this juvenile Gull prowling along the the wall of Wisenhower pier in Bangor Co. Down up there in the "Wee North" the beautiful brokeh effect in the background is an added bonus. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Certainly a good catch. The cropping adds to the feeling of motion as if the bird is about to continue moving into the frame. Good, sharp focus make this a fine piece.

The focus on the bird is very clear. And you got nice Bokeh for the background. The colors are nicely saturated. I was wondering if you could contrast the photo a little more or dark and your lights a wee bit, Because there is so much sparkle behind the bird that the head is especially hard to see without really looking. But it's a very nice photo
