All the colors in this image are so lovely. They have a nice bright and cheery quality to them. The flowers looks almost painted onto the branches and the bird's markings stand out nicely.

My Chinese students once asked me why I carried my camera with me all the time.I answered " Because you never know when a Kodak Moment will jump up and bite you right in the ass !! She laughed and right at that instant fell on her ass courtesy of the ice. You'll never convince me that God is not a woman with that vicious sense of humor. lol

Very nice piece. The flowering tree would have been good by itself, as would the Red winged blackbird. The two combined make a really nice shot. Good focus and detail in the bird with a lot of detail. Nice contrast to the softness in the colors of the flowers. Well seen.
