Love it, the blue sky with the fluffy clouds, and it looks like the desert southwest. I am from New Mexico, it somewhat reminds me of home, a great feeling.

like the clarity of the beautiful blue sky,the clouds seem to mirror the uneven peaks of the rocky mountain range below.Good texture seen in the mountains.A beautiful image, very well composed and presented! Wish you all the best in the contest!

The shading on those clouds is so realistic! And the variety of colors making up the mountain tops gives it a 3D look! The gradation of the blue in the sky is perfect too! My only thing is that I don't know where the blue in the mountain comes from, but I'm probably just uneducated about mountains. This is great :)

It is indeed a dramatic looking scene with the wild mountain range, and I especially like the fine textures brought out by bold brush strokes.

Also the blue sky with the puffy clouds looks great, and the mountains are standing out from it in such a good way. I also like very much the natural color pallet you have used.

When it comes to the composition I personally think it is a bit too much of the sky showing in this painting. It would have been better showing a bit more foreground, because this would have given more depth. But I appreciate that this might be a matter of taste, because it is a lovely and well done oil painting.

Thank you for stopping by. Painting from memory is always foggy at best. I did try to paint the clouds as I remember and left the foreground to chance.

Really nice job. I had to look twice to see if it was a photo. Great detail in the mountain range and clouds. Thanks for sharing.

Yes the title really sums this up not only can you see the fresh air you can feel it as well! I think its the clearness of the sky with the whites and blues and the mountain top location also puts that feeling across, love the detail and the way you have painted this!

A different painting of yours, just honoring nature in its beauty - I think you have used the perfect color range to create your stony mountains looking like the Italian Dolomite's -your clouds are well defined in shades and form and look quite natural too - I love the blue sky growing from a soft pastel into a powerful turquoise - a great technical talent to show a uniform color range without any visible line
a simple theme well created with kind like message - reach the top of the mountain and you reach the sky, well done

Wow.. what a beautiful painting.. Your eye for color and the blending of the blues and white and grey for the sky and clouds is extraordinary!! Keep painting and sharing with the world!

Wow, beautiful imagery and spectacular colors that contrast one another. I am not quite sure what the glass looking layer is on top of the mountain, but it certainly has incredible dimension and the light reflecting off what looks like glass is awesome.

Thank you for your very kind review. All I lack is an old tree and a steam train. Back to work.
