Excellent photo. I am sure Adams would have approved wholeheartedly. The composition is spot-on. The colors still show layers of texture and it is quite compelling.

Nice winter scene with the path framed by the wooden fence leading the viewer into this scene, I like the tall trees here too, this is well focused, the image is clear, exposure is well managed, I see good tonal variations in the black and white, well composed and presented! Thanks Pat, I did try to get a high dynamic range as Adams would have done. I also tried for shapes and texture as he would have focused on also. Thanks.
