new insurance program! just pair up the labor room and get it at a cut rate..oh yeah i can see it..the nervous hubby hollering.."honey can you hold it in a lil longer till we get the other pregnant mama? she will be here in a few minutes...we need to save the money!"..course the wife would turn into the exorcise, you know head turning and spouting foul language to alert the whole floor...lolol..the clarity is great. the capture of the light is great. the angle of the shot of these dragonflies laying eggs is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

SPECTACULARLY PERFECT! I love dragon and damselflies and recently posted a fabulous, though a bit raunchy/funny, video on my facebook page you gotta see if you like them too. I just love this shot. Mr. and Mrs. D, what an adorable portrait and well composed composition. Superb technical skills employed here. Would like to see your camera type and settings too, we all can use a little education. Great piece!

Grace,
A beautiful & fascinating picture of this pair of Green Darner busy laying eggs in the water in among the water weeds. Their reflections & that of the sky above on the water are an added bonus. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and razor sharp focus.

OMG again, you must spend hours in nature as these things do not just happen because we pass bye - fantastic capture - super clear and sharp - I love the fact that they seek a place where they do not stand out from the environment but rather integrate to stay invisible - only a good photographic eye can see these little guy doing their job - super frame choice, super contrast and lighting - this really is special, well done

A very neat capture of the green darners. The sharpness and composition are quite good. I like the colors and the way they are positioned. Good work.

This is an interesting sight, but something we see in nature only when we watch an environment closely. The insects seem occupied with each other and not aware of the watching intruder with the camera.
The photo was well taken, is focused and good depth. The colors are realistic-natural. The composition is balanced and adequately framed.

Very unique and fine capture Greenie. I only see them doing the deed in the air but never saw one laying eggs. That is cool.
Nice focus and controlled exposure in the bright sun.

Hi Envision, I have a shot similar to this so I know you did a beautiful job capturing the shot. Focus is great on both Green Darners and so is the lighting. You can easily see the veins in the wings. A really nice shot of these two which I enjoyed viewing. :o) NAncy

Science! So cool. I love being able to see it close up. Their large wings are so still. Its really a very pretty photo. Thanks for sharing it!

The level of detail in the actual bugs as well as their reflections its indicative of a well thought out and captured shot. The contrast of the blue and green also makes them standout.
