This is such a sweet photo Susan, and it was new to me that also the male sparrows take part in feeding the little ones. You have indeed captured this well, and the two of them are standing out so well from the green foliage.
Your photo is also sharp showing such clear and well defined details in both birds, and the exposure is very good.
I think you cropped a bit off on the left side, but this also work without cropping, and the birds are well placed off to the right. A truly lovely and well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF.

From what I have seen I think fledgelings would be happy to be fed by their parents for their entire lives if the parents would put up with it. A very nice shot that shows this behavior quite nicely.
