Wow. This does look like an overhead shot of a beach in the abstract. The swirls and eddies give the appearance of water moving around rocks as it comes ashore.

Very cool Suzanne ~ Steve

Many thanks, Steve, for your great review. I had thought of a caramel latte but changed my mind when I saw strange creatures appearing! Suzanne

This reminds me of the tide pools around the oyster beds that I traversed as a child. I like the way the whites create a salty foam as it swirls around the oysters firmly attached to their oyster beds. I know this is abstract, but that is what I see!

This looks to me like Coffee latte under preparation!:) There is a lot of movement and vigorous mixing of the paints to give exciting look. Thanks for sharing!

Having photographed many scenes on the ocean, I can appreciate what you must have visualized before finalizing this piece. It is a very creative piece as is the process you used to create it. Well done!

Many thanks for your lovely review. I live by the sea and never tire of trying to capture the movement of the sea and the beach pebbles and pools. Suzanne

The color combinations in this image makes me think of coffee, ice cream and caramel! It looks delicious, lol :) I can see the resemblance to splashing water too. Very nice!

The sea is stormy, I guess. I see white foam from crashing waves all-over. The swirl amber colored sand around and black driftwood. I do see also several sea creatures and corals. Strong forces of nature seem to play here, but the colors and composition are pleasant to the eyes.

Oh wow! Thought I would check in on you. Glad I did. This is magnificent. Love your work, but this one just screams and sings at the same time. Truly a lovely abstract. I have to try your technique once I get fully moved into our new 48 year old home in Lake Arrowhead, CA.

Suzanne,
A beautiful abstract image of the beach pool. That to my eye looks like a rock pool with the tide coming in the waves breaking & crashing on the rocked lining the pool. Created by your artist's eye for composition knowledge of colours and paints and other artist's fluids in the creation of this living image.
Susan
