Haha! He looks drained and exhausted from the heat. Nice close up shot and perfect timing catching him stretching out taking a break. The clarity is perfect, lighting is o point and composition is great. Thanks for sharing

Ha ha ha, this is so comical! It is a shame that the heat gets to the wildlife too and they can only rely on shade to cool themselves. He is clearly well fed from your feeders so you are making its life a little easier. I love the way he is sprawled on the rail.

Many thanks! My father really would have gotten a kick out of this shot. First year i have seen any do this,sometimes one wil stretch out in the shade UNDER the rail,we had one the other day grab some sunflower seeds,THEN sprawl out under the rail to eat! :)

Thanks for the great review,I cheated and shot through the kitchen window to get this photo. We have deer that will go UNDER the deck to get away from the flies;wildlife uses our deck more than we do-lol!

Thank you,I can probably tone the background down a bit. Think they would go under the deck for shade,but some of our does have dibs for underneath the deck!
