I think this child nestled in a sea of primary colors is adorable. While I never understood a child's enjoyment of being in a plastic ball pit it certainly provides an excellent and colorful entry for the contest.

This is indeed a colorful photo with all the balls in vibrant hues. It is also very cute with the toddler buried in them, and I agree, it looks like fun.
Your photo is also nice and sharp showing such clear and well defined details all over, and the exposure is very good.
The format and framing works well, and the child has got a fine placement a bit off to the left. A truly lovely and well taken photo with a very good DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.
