This rose has beautiful colors! They are definitely analogous which makes this unique entry really great. The lighting brings out the color tones nicely and the edges have a sharp crisp appearance that is also very attractive.

I have not noticed this contest, and it is quite an interesting theme. This is a beautiful entry of course, and I especially like the close and personal approach. I also think all the golden colors look fantastic.

The photo is sharp showing clear and well defined details in the petals, and the exposure is spot on. It makes the rose really shine.

The very tight cropping works so well, because I like how the rose is filling the frame. A truly lovely and well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.
