The problem here is that the kite is lost on the huge background and there is too much negative space around it, try to crop the photo near the kite

It's so much fun to fly a kite, to let out the line and watch it take off up in the air! This is well photographed with good focus, the image is clear, well presented to show the kite up in the air.
