Nice stop action using correct shutter speed to get the sharp focus and clarity. Nice choice of black and white. There are some minor bright areas on the white uniform, but details is still maintained.
ISO was extremely high.
I normally keep shutter very high and ISO Never over 800 for day shoot. It's normally at 200- 400 with shutter at 1/3200 or higher.
If you start using Kelvin Scale it will allow you to Control color temps and ISO would not have to be so high.
It's a fine capture with excellent stop action.

Looks like a winner to me! Your focus and overall composition are superb. I especially like the black and white treatment because the photo has so many tones. If you have a similar photo you should consider creating at b/w contest and entering your own photo of course. It only costs 3 dollars in case you haven't done it before.

This is indeed a different and very fine entry for this contest, and I especially like that you have changed the photo to black and white. I also think the stop action is perfect and the biker is standing out from the plain background in an excellent way.
The photo is pin sharp showing clear and well defined details, and the exposure is very good. Fine distinctions between dark and light as well.
The cropping is perfect and the biker has got a very good placement off to the left. Indeed a great looking and well taken photo with an excellent DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.
