I like how bright the whites of her dress are and how well the shading gives the fabric texture. As always, your highlights and shading are attractive.

A very effective combination of colour use. I like the effect of light resting on her side and face and then the darker skin tones. The figure is well drawn and in an appealing pose. Your materials are an excellent choice especially the use of black artboard. This has a very good initial impact.

Very nicely done James. I like it that use pastels so much as it gives such a soft and soothing feel for the scene. Wonderful pose and I like the appearance of details even though there are very few actual details. You are really good at that. Well done James ~ Steve

This reminds me of a bride just before she exits the dressing room to walk down the aisle. It is a private moment and since we cannot see her expression we cannot tell whether she is happy or apprehensive.
