This really works for me Lynn this is beautifully done piece of digital artwork!
It has that certain movement about it and also a dream like quality as well! Love the purples with the green stems and the splashes of light give the image depth as well as contrasts!

A very nice painting with this flower group - you framed it well and the blue background fro sure is a perfect background color to create a harmonious general impression - excellent technical skills even if you did not paint lately - these skills are there to be used and your result looks quiet like a real photograph so you did excellently well -
fine detail work, excellent shadow and light application bringing forth your 13 D effect.
A beautiful and attractive composition, well done

thanks Regina for the kind words of encouragement. I'm trying to get back into it. I'm going to take some art classes with my daughter for the fun of it next month. I haven't done any traditional paintings in almost 40 years,and I wasn't that real at it then, so I'm looking forward to start something new.

The colors of the Calla lilies are out this world, and I especially like how well you have used the light. By adding high lights in such an excellent way, the flowers just shine. I also think the background is truly lovely, and I just love the limited color pallet.
This also done paying very good attention to even the smallest details, and the brush strokes are smooth and accurate. I also like the feel of motion.
The square format is perfect, and I like the way the lilies are filling the frame. This of course makes for a good and well balanced composition. Indeed a lovely and well done digital painting Diana, and with a strong visual impact.
I have run out of 6 stars ratings, but I promise to go back tomorrow and change my rating from 5 to 6.

You are right, I have not seen anything from you lately, and here you turn up with the beautiful digital painting.
