Those are some cool looking effects in the sky. They remind me more of Van Gogh than Dali though. I really like how the color and textures of the water coordinate with the effects in the sky, making it look like a true reflection.

The colors are great in this photograph. I like the interesting way the sky is formed and looks like it contains a woman's figure. Picking pasta to rocks is an interesting view that mix be nice composition. The Rock's almost look like two creatures faces staring at each other. I see a ship in the background and it is very mysterious and makes this photograph even more interesting.

Thank you very much Lauren for your review and comments.

Just a thought: When the rating is less than a five star that means there is room for improvement in the image. As a courtesy to the one who posted the image it is always helpful to suggest improvements so that the artist can improve. We are all here to learn from each other and to become better at our craft.

Thank you again for your review Lauren ~ iPhone7

Yes, I agree he's one artist with an original compositional style.
Fantabulous modification in great reference to Salvador's visionary concept.

Subdued illumination with dynamic distortions.

Dramatic rendition with solid silhouette against a troubled skyline...
Vanishing viewpoint lends a greater depth...

Thanks for sharing...

this is a gorgeous creative image,Steve,I like how the space between the silhouetted rocks draws our vision up to the solitary ship sailing beneath the turbulent sky.The movement of the waters seems to mirror that of the sky which repeats the sharp edges of the twin rocks. The whole image is surreal,as though one was looking through a portal into another dimension.A very enjoyable ,unique photo!

Oh my! You have given Such an Artistic and Insightful review LeeAnn. You just bring all the elements together so well. Believe me I seldom see all the elements that people point out even though I take the photo. I am really challenged that way and am So glad that there are those with such Artistic Insight like you to teach me what to look for in a scene.

I do so appreciate your wonderful review and Fabulous rating. Thank you LeeAnn ~ Steve

Say What! I have to say I prefer the old fashioned way of seeing a sunset Steve! LOL You certainly created something totally different. Your probably right about the way Dali would see a sunset. I have to give you credit for your imagination. Nicely Done Steve! :o) Nancy

This is great! The clouds and the water look like they are both liquid and moving however they want. Sunsets are awesome in any situation and I am sure whoever is on that boat is loving this one.

Another gorgeous sunset so unique with it added texture and patterns and colors in the sky reflecting it's beauty on the water. Interesting foreground interest leading us into your photography. I love the lone boat and the wonderful movement captured. An artistic composition with outstanding photography and post-processing work. Good artists notes and I like you thoughts on this one. Outstanding work and thanks for sharing.

This has turned out really well with the use of your equipment and your expertise. It has a great effect, the colours are gorgeous, the focus direct and captures all at that angle, the black shapes direct the eye, I have sent something similar, these look like bows of fisherboats or are they rocks
