A very nice scene which is well composed. I think this scene is a bit overexposed (about 2/3 of an f stop) which leaves you with burnt out highlights washed out colors.

It is very pretty, even with the misty rain. I know it probably would have been sharper on a sunny day, but once you mentioned the sprinkling, I looked at the water and could see it on the river. The photo elicits a calm and subdued feeling. It almost speaks to me about giving in to the lack of control...such as that over the water. Good luck in the contest!
