Steve,
A very beautiful & very atmospheric image of the sunset it's beauty reflected onto the water in the foreground. The golden rays of the sun lighting up the gable end of the two houses that are then also reflected onto the water . The setting sun rests just above the horizon while the rising moon is see peeping through the golden clouds above. Artistic composition framing and atmospheric lighting taken with superb camera & editing techniques and sharp focus..

Even I think this is Weird Nik. Man I was hoping You would tell Me something about this scene or whatever it is.
Actually I got the buildings reflecting by using a mirror image and then changing one of the images.

Oh yes, this could be a land of beautiful dreams and possible nightmares. Probably its both, but the pleasant part is superior. It is also a land of intriguing reflections where dream and reality mix convivial.
Have you tried to turn it upside down. I think this would look even more surreal and dream like.

In the land of dreams everything is indeed possible, and to show this you have created an intriguing image. It challenges the viewer because you have to have a good look to decide what you are actually seeing. The sky is stunning with both a moon, a sun and a rainbow. The buildings don't seen to fit in at all, and still they are doing this picture more than anything. Just like in a dream.
All the golden hues look great, and you have also brought out some very nice textures. The light is just fantastic, and it clear and well defined details to be seen.
The format and framing is very good, and it is a very good balance and flow in the composition. Indeed a creative and well done mixed media, and with a strong visual impact.
