What an awesome view. It is intriguing to think this location is completely surrounded by mountains. They look lovely in this scene. The color saturation is also very attractive.

Thank you so very much! Valdez is beautiful when it?s sunny, it rains a lot here, the drive in comes through Keystone Canyon with rock walls and bridal waterfalls ! Valdez is mainly a fishing town.

It doesn't rain, but the air seems still muggy and haze lingers in the background. The mountains are indeed impressive, especial with some areas still beneath snow. The green land in the foreground is intriguing. The colors look through realistic. The reflections add interest. The photo is well focused, has good depth, is well framed and balanced.

Beautiful location! I'm falling in love with Alaska through your photography! The crisp blue sky, darker hues down through the trees onto the wetlands, great distribution of colors to perfectly establish the very deep depth of field! While viewing, unfortunately, my eye kept jumping to the small reflection pool of water in the foreground. When I zoomed in, and eliminated it, my eye didn't jump throughout the image.
Gorgeous place!!
