I think this is a lovely creation! The moth has good looking detail in the structure of the wings and nice colors. I especially like the golden embossed appearance of the surrounding flowers :) The antennae also look great.

Wow Nancy! This is very well done. The thing I am most impressed with is that you have taken a less than perfect photo and transformed it into a wonderful work of art.
To me That is the important thing Nancy. For me, only using an iPhone after photo work is essential for creating an image that looks half way decent.
I am impressed with your innovation and artistic creativity. These are the kinds of images that make the viewer sit up and take notice.

Wow Nancy! This is very well done. The thing I am most impressed with is that you have taken a less than perfect photo and transformed it into a wonderful work of art.
To me That is the important thing Nancy. For me, only using an iPhone after photo work is essential for creating an image that looks half way decent.

Hi Steve, I am always honored when you review my work! When you give me a six that feeling is more so. I feel like I'm on an incredible lucky streak now. I was the Recognized Artist of July, won the July-Aug Mixed Media( receiving more 6 star reviews for that piece than I've ever received for one piece and got my first 7 star review from the committee. This creation looks like a stained glass window or a Tiffany Lamp. The details of the moth and the flowers are very sharp. The created textures are interesting, although the gold of the flowers almost overpowers the moth. The composition is also well framed and balanced.

I love the simple blue background under the layer of intricate gold and green flowers. It really complements the pastel colors of the moth. Beautiful!!!

Hi Dave, I'm getting nervous about posting anything! I can't believe the incredible lucky streak I'm having! WOW! Thank you for the lovely review and six star rating on this. I am truly honored by it! :o) Nancy PS You always create great images from unexpected sources so I though you might like to know this. Another reviewer just mentioned that this moth looks like an elephant head. I usually spot those things, but missed it this time. You just might see this butterfly turn into an elephant. Not making any promises but I'll see how it goes!
