This is a wonderful shot of the flamingo drinking water. The contrasts of light and dark is arresting!. You have timed it well. The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good luck!

A very beautiful picture of this American Flamingo admiring it's reflection while taking a drink in the dark water it's standing in the light falling down upon it makes it's plumage glow out of the darkness. Artistic composition, framing& lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

A perfect entry for the contest,usually you see egrets or herons and their reflections,I think this is the first one that I recall using a flamingo. The color is perfect against the dark background,beautiful focus and exposure,an overall gorgeous image.You have done an excellent job capturing this beautiful bird and it's reflections,all the best to you in the contest!
