A interesting subject matter so well rendered using watercolour pens and other media. There is so much to see apart from the dirt road. The light and shadows, colours and the composition have worked out well. Good luck!

Your combination of watercolour pens and acrylics has produced a lovely image, Brenda, showing Hadrian's Wall and the famous Sycamore tree. I like the subtle colours you used for this and like the angle you used, looking up the track. Great detail in the wall. Very nice composition. Good luck in the contest. Suzanne

Thank you for your positive feedback. I was not truly happy with this as the tree seemed to disappear and lose definition. Close up it seems a jumble but when I put it on a shelf and stood well back it took on a different aspect. Such is art!
