the back ground is nice ( just me but i wish the center was a little lighter .) the beautiful wings are like glass with fine paten . the details of head & body are great .& the blue is eye catching a very good job and view . all the best

A beautiful picture of this Dragon Fly with it's blue, white & bronze coloured markings the light dancing off it's shiny skin & highlighting it's gossemere wings & their tiny veins. The blurred greens & yellow making the perfect contrasting backdrop. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

I am glad it landed so you could get this great photo,we have some of these blue darners here, but most of the time the big ones I see are the green darners,the blue is a rare treat! your image is nice and crisp and the softened background is perfect!

This is a stunning view from above. This dragonfly is gorgeous. I like the way you captured the light and its iridescent blues. I have seen a lot of dragonfly pictures, and I do love them all, but what I really appreciate about this one is the angle.
