Nice use of colors, nice composiition and presentation but it does not look like a bird and this takes from the initial impact

This piece is incredible piece and I'm about to tell you why...I started just looking at it and realizing that I'm looking at a bird down from above as he is flying and then I could see the picture as I'm sure you meant it and it actually made me feel the height and the soaring. That is a powerful piece and I need to save it as a favorite to look at whenever I want that cool sensation.

Wow! I like the in flight position of this colorful bird, I especially like it's wings! It's flying away into the shadows , I see where the light is playing upon the green leaves. This is well created, arranged and presented! Best wishes to you in this contest!

WOW - I normally have no problems with words -you managed it as this has a n impact on me that is special... as longer as I look as more I see this bird like Mother Earth in a desperate flight to escape the darkness we put on her as species - she is scratched , hurt scrambled and all the dirt we place on her have painted her body and wings in different colors - but her spirit flies and she will land safe for sure because there is an international rescue team to clean rivers ocean land and cities - and soon it will become visible
if that was an intuitive painting you hit the nail - few green left underneath most is destroyed - I'm in awe how that fits , wow - best of luck for the contest

Can't say I ever have photographed this colorful bird. It does represent a collage of many birds that I have photographed. The wings and tail feathers are very nicely done and the darkened background, like many photographs, serves to make the subject more prominent and colorful. Good luck in the contest.

very cool.. i like how you created the illusion that this bird is made from some lace cloth. the angle of the shot of the bird flying is great. nice balance of color. the creation is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. creative approach and great job overall.

A interesting & beautiful image of a uniquely coloured Dove in flight against a dark background with the light glowing through the branches of a tree with bright green foliage. An imaginative composition, that to me looks as if you have cut out the shape of the Dove in flight coloured it before attaching it to the dark background giving the image a three dimensional appearance & bringing the Dove to wing flapping & cooing life. Good luck in the contest
