Very nice distant colored landscape you have captured Pat. Great view with excellent composition and clarity. The water looks calm while the close up flowers gives off a summertime feel to them. Thanks for sharing

Pretty shot with a variety of colors. Not sure what it is you want me to see. It doesn't come across to me as a picture of either the flowers or the mountains. There is good color and details in the shot.

Thanks so much Charles, well it?s the flowers ( Fireweed) that grow all over Alaska in the foreground, looking across the sound, at some of the Chugach range. There is a boat in view also.

Diminishing perspective gives a better depth....
Pin sharp focusing from the foreground up to that boat across the lake!

This is a great photo! The depth of field is amazing! And sharpness is fabulous! And the presentation is perfect and pleasurable to view! The glaciers during the summer time tell the brain how tall are the mountains. The image is fresh and inspiring!

This would be gorgeous blown up on a huge canvas. I just love the monochromatic part of the sky mountains and water that is differentiated by shades and textures. Then we're right in front of us we have this beautiful wild garden that's in front of us and those little purple flowers gently play with those blued. I love it!!!

Another fantastic shot of your region - with every shot you give us a different perspective and all are just breath taking - I love these high mountains with the waters - it looks similar like in Switzerland - I also love the upfront plants giving this image a nice playful aspect and good balance
your photographic eye just makes it happen each time -I can see how you used the two high plants as portal or window to the mountains and you hit the nail
excellent sharpness contrast and lighting
