A very clever ans unique idea Grace you dont have to see the entire animal to know what sort of bird species this belongs to!
Just looking at those talons show the power of them and how it would rip apart anything that its gets a grips of, love the light on them and this show all the detail even the wooden post and its texture work with the subject!

This is very intimidating for the ones that get picked up for food by these weapons, lol,,,love the long black claws, interesting as they are yellow in colour while the bird is black here,,great to show case these feet
