I like the framing of the main subject. He has water all around him and is on a little clump of lily pads or something of that sort. The hearing is slick and looks almost camouflaged here.the dark colors I would assume are more unusual on these birds. I see a little bit of yellow I but I wish it were a little better focused so I could really make it out.

The only yellow is around his eyes, the colour is why he is named the Green heron,, when aroused these birds head feathers really stand up on his head,,,The colours of this bird is almost florescent as the sun shines on him and he looks different. Yes he is in the middle of this pond,,lots of lily pads to hold him up. He was moving quite fast,,standing only for a milisecond

Well I guess perhaps I should have been in the middle of the pond with him,,but dang it all I cant swim. He was moving quite fast, I see him perfectly. Maybe If I was richer I would buy a better camera. Sorry you don't like this photo, It looks fine to me
