OMG, you must have super eyes to see all these tine guys on the floor - are you seeking them or is it just by walking you find them?
Excellent capture - well framed , very balanced between the green and the rock with the tiny guy just in the center
perfect sharpness, genuine contrast and lighting - A fantastic macro shot, visible into the most tiny details - the bluish tale is kind like special - thanks for sharing

The skimmer is an interesting insect. It is one of your less decorated dragonflies oh, I would say! I like those very thin wings and its tail almost looks like the end of a cigarette. Like if you touched it it would crumble! you did a very nice job framing it here . Nice composition and clear and crisp!

A very nice shot. I see them mostly around water and consequently are more often on reeds and leaves. The rock makes for an unusual perch that is very attractive.
Fine detail in the dragonfly and great natural colors.

A very beautiful picture of this Black-tailed Skimmer Dragonfly with the sun's light sparkling in it's green eyes contrasting wit the grass in the background the tiny veins in it's gossamer wings seen clearly against the rock. Beautiful composition framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
