yes I can see that.. gentle ground level fields, which we associate with the period of this story, middle ages. Not sure if the shoes are middle ages, watching, but flights of fancy in art are a good thing. Like the idea element here!

Thank you. The giant's shoes were meant to be rough looking boots lol. But I loved your comments thank you and your review

Hi Brenda, I used to love the story of Jack and the Beanstock, here you have created a wonderful storytelling scene where Jack is hurrying to chop down the beanstock before the giant can get him! I like this view as the giant is looking down , I like the homes placed close together in this village, the landscape with fields and streams, and that beanstock is all very well created, I like the way you show Jack and the golden harp too! This is another one that a child would love to study ! Well arranged and presented!

Thank you Pat for comments, reviewing and insights. Kelly keeps putting up these different type of comps and normally I don't do specially for any comp but her challenges are quite inspiring for art for children for me.

It must be DAMN hard to play that thing sitting that high up on the bean stock. You're getting really good at this kid's art Brenda. Perhaps this will be a whole new monetary stream for you. Good luck with it. Great drawing .

Thank you Paul. The harp is a magic one so perhaps you just tell it what to play lol. Thank you for your supporting comments. My idea is to put on Etsy for prints. Haven't got that far yet.

Wow, Brenda, what a great job depicting Jack's escape. I really like how you did the ground topography. It looks great and adds so much perspective to level of height he is at. The vine is gorgeous and appropriately wild looking. Well done and I hope you do well in the contest.

Thank you so much for your review and supporting comments. I did find doing the bird's eye view quite challenging and so pleased that you think it worked to give height perspective.
