Cute & candid dynamic wildlife shot.

A well-timed still action capture!

Fantabulous framing.
Palpable water droplets clinging to her waterproof down feathers!

Simple backdrop pops out subject distinctively.

Nice perspective & narrow DOF.

Thanks for sharing...

She does look very happy! I'm sure sure was very frightened and thought she was a goner when they took her away! I'm glad she's back and you got a great photo that looks like she's literally jumping for joy. I love her orange legs!

Lovely capture, Pat, showing this beautiful lady Mallard having been returned to the pond - yes, she does look happy to be back. I love the unusual view you captured showing her ruffled wings. Excellent lighting and focus. Lovely composition. Suzanne

She looks indeed happy. It looks as if she walks well in spite of her injury. Her pose and the ruffled wings are intriguing. You captured nice detail and realistic colors. The composition is balanced and framed. The bird is well placed at the left with space at the right to walk into.

Quite a nice nature shot posted here! Not sure who Fish and Game are? Your fine and classical composition gives us a good look at the restored one. Sharpness and exposure are good. Well taken done!

That's a fine looking picture of this injured ( and hopefully 'on the mend' ) female specimen,Pat!
It's quite an interesting 'Duck Image' to get a look at!

Great capture here Pat. Those Wildlife bands on her legs have a story to tell.

I like the way the wings are just being ruffled to shed the water. She certainly does seem happy to be back where she belongs.

Nicely done Pat ~ Steve
