wow, what a busy street
the problem here is that part of the photo is too bright, almost over exposed and this takes from the initial impact

good capture. the angle of the shot of the crowd during the festival is great. the capture of the light is great. the clarity is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.
