I have never heard of such a thing and I'm fascinated. I think I'm going to have to go to YouTube to listen to some of their voices! And see their wingspan! The photo is gorgeous. I love the way the feathers almost look like she's carved in wood. In the eyes are just stunning. Wow!

The details on this owl are incredible. Nice close up capture. Colorful and bright eyes this owl has. I don't know why I was thinking that the eyes looks like a orange round life saver candy lol. The clarity is excellent and composition is on point. Thanks for sharing

Those eyes are glowing. Those eyes demand respect. This portrait is very impressive. The focus was spot on. All details are crisp. The textures and makings of the feathers are refined. The colors are realistic. The background emphasizes the bird. The photo is well composed and framed.

Now if you could only learn that language you'd be able to understand them when they're saying " Hey crazy bird lady get the Hell out of here and leave us alone !! " Great picture. Spooky but beautiful eyes.

That's a really 'Good Show' of a picture,Grace!
Owls, being nocturnal raptors and having so many cool Occult associations, are fascinating creatures that have long interested me and those gleaming orange eyes ( looking like the ones I'm told that a classic Lycanthrope in it's 'Full Change' configuration are supposed to have! ) are an especially attractive aspect of this fine looking image!

Beautiful capture; beautiful portrait and beautiful raptor. The colors in this photo are brilliant. The sharp focus defines very well the intensity in this owl's eyes which seem send a clear message, "That is as close as you want to get, or .....". Be
