The yellow really does stand out against the green fields. It's interesting to see the activity and lifestyle of different cultures. I don't recognize the plants. It would be interesting to know what they are harvesting.

wonderful photo. At the first moment I thought they were scarecrows in a field and only the lady in blue skirt was real, then I looked again, what interesting positions. My how their backs must ache at the end of the day. I love your shots of India.

Are these women picking something? I love the yellow dresses against the green fields. Loads of perspective in the distance fields an d trees creating a lot of depth of field. Very nicely photographed, Thanks for sharing your photograph.

A very beautiful picture of the beautiful green Delhi countryside with the four ladies in bright yellow garments working in among the plants that contrast beautifully with their garments The trees along the horizon add beautiful & interesting shapes with the blue sky making a perfect backdrop. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

A good looking entry into the competition posted here! Your fine and classical composition grants us a good view of both the lovely green fields and the work being done. Can the work being done by the women be carried out by machines? Exposure and sharpness are good. Well done and good luck!

Outstanding capture. The women look so slight amidst the vast landscape. What an interesting and clever way to design their collection bags. They look lightweight and wisp over the head. Looks like that makes it easier to carry a large haul and also to shade then from the sun. The color does look great against the backdrop. Their varying degrees of bending over make the photo interesting and highlight their hard work. It is a great photo that shows life in an area very different from my own. Nicely done. Ready for a magazine, don't you think?

Definitely fits the contests. Great expansive shot of the fields. I like the tree line and mountains in the distance that balance out the green. Of course, the yellow clad ladies could not be a better contrast to the green and add a striking element to the scene. Well done and good luck.
