This guy's colors and markings look like a swamp darner. I like the angle you captured and how well it shows off the wings and the face. The light creates a nice shimmer on the wings too.

I am impressed by the refinement of detail. The Dragonfly is perfectly sharp captured. The face and the eyes are especially interesting. The light reflection on the transparent wings and is intriguing. The insect is well emphasized by the blue background. The tight framing is adequate.

I like the way you took this where we really see the eyes, This is actually a Zebra Clubtail,,,so you were not that far wrong with the name. There are some with read eyes of these lol,,,great presentation

Nice closeup of this guy. His hard life is evident by the tattered wings. Good sharp focus so that the features and shapes are well seen. Good job on getting the "face" and the stripes. Good lighting and well filed frame. Good luck in the contest.
