I'm not just saying this... I'm actually crying right now. I'm sorry for your loss. This is a beautiful tribute to your loving dog. I happened to be walking mine right now so I'm walking down the street with big drops of tears rolling down my cheeks. Luckily I don't see anyone in my path! I'm happy for you that you had such a friend for so many years and I know Juno was lucky to have you too.

    Why, what happened to her?
reply by the author on 13-Sep-2019
She, started to get sick in the middle of June, I took her to the Vet we changed her diet & added some tablets,... She recovered & had three good weeks then got sick again. Last week she was in hospital for two days on IV fluids but they did not help she was now incontinent which upset her, on Wednesday she was hardly able to look up at me or wag her tail. She was very weak so both the Vet & I decided the kindest thing we could do was to put her to sleep.

A beautiful collage of an exceptional dog. I am truly grieved to hear of her passing. I always thought she looked so young and trim and full of vigor. My condolences.

    Grace,
Thanks a million for your complementary review on these pictures & your sympathetic thoughts. My niece has lent me her miniature Jack Russell terrier
To make my house less echoing...as sometimes happens there is a little Border Terrier puppy looking for a home very soon If I'm approved I should get her soon. She'll not replace Juno but will soften the loss of her.

Susan....I am so deeply sadden by the loss of your sweet Juno.
There are no words...I understand only too well the pain and heartache.
There is no way around grief, there is only through it.
She was special and we here grew to " know" her and love her through your photos.
A cyber ((((hug))) is going out to you.

She was well lived and cared for.. I had to put my first Chihuahua down at 3 1/2 yrs old.. due to that national recall of dog food 10 yrs ago. Jasper was a gift from my sister.. he is 10 now and I know his days are numbered.
I understand and feel your loss as we all seen photos of her through out your time together.
I hope time heals your loss as Juno was a one of a kind sweet girl.
    ;)

Oh Susan, I actually had to compose myself before reviewing this, I am so so very sorry for the loss of Madame Juno, I felt like I knew her, I saw so many of her photos, I got to know her personality through your pictures, I know she was excellent at keeping those cats in line, she loved taking walks in the park with you, I knew from her pictures that she was most loved and so well cared for. A dogs only fault is that they can't live as long as we do, I think it's meant to be that way , they want to live their entire life to the very end with us, Juno got to do just that. I hope that your many memories will serve to comfort you, and I want to thank you for giving Juno a most wonderful life! These images are beautiful and you have arranged them so very well. Goodbye sweet girl, it was truly a pleasure to know you!
