Schooling fish are in constant motion, creating new patterns and shapes. Your whirligig reference is quite apt. Interesting colors, shapes and shadings make this a good picture to view. Sharp focus and good background. Well seen.

these are bugs by the way which are called whirligig beetles, not fish,,thanks though

I don't think I have ever seen so many whirligig beetles in one place before! Definitely a great and interesting capture, excellent sharp focus and good exposure,it is quite the attention getter. Definitely a great entry for the contest, i wish you all the best!
