A great shot of this wide open hibiscus. I like the detail in the stamens and the texture in the petals. Great color that should serve you well in the contest.

That is definitely RED and BIG!!! Love the detail in the veining of the petals,and the added interest of the raindrops;green background really enhances the red coloration of the hibiscus. Great focus and exposure,best to you in the contest!
