A beautiful picture of this Marabou Stork ~ Leptoptilos standing on the bank just waiting for it's meal to swim past in the water below. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

An imposing bird and a very fine presentation. Somehow he looks quite large even though there is no give away comparison. A fine shot with good colors and a great natural setting.

That looks like and sounds like a Goliath of a bird out there! In terms of composition I think I would crop off the yellow-orange reeds at the top. Exposure and sharpness are OK. Nicely done!
