Well look at that! This is a bug that I have not seen before, we don't have them in Alaska , the pattern on this cicada is a camouflage pattern, the details I can see are incredible! I love the wings, like tiny stained glass windows! You have photographed this little guy so very well, with perfect focus, the image is clear, your exposure is perfect, colors and tones are natural. Well composed allowing a good sense of the on the wall location. Your artists notes are interesting, informative and much appreciated! Well presented! Best wishes to you in this contest!
