Very interesting view point.
One gets a good perspective of the path of the on coming bullets. Real nice colors also, they really separate each gunfighter and bring the image to life.
nice.

Well it appears the folks on FAR know a very cool work when they see one Troop. I really like the point of view as it is very dramatic and is what makes this a Great piece. THAT is why it so deservedly won.

Chalk up one for the 'Red Legs'! Great job Mark ~ Top

A very fine drawing. The perspective is excellent and it captures the essence of this wild west tradition. Great colors and very good composition. Congratulations on a well deserved win.

I like your perspective showing the scene from the point of view right behind the gun with the hand ready to draw, it really fits in with the title! Very well done!

What a unique perspective on this art work. It appears to be a clip from "Gunsmoke" and Matt Dillion ready for another gun showdown. Skillfully sketched with outstanding details and good blending and shading of colors. A creative and talented art work. Love this one! A good one for the Contest and good contender. Best wishes in the contest. Thanks for sharing!

I love it. Reminds me of the gunfight at the OK Corral. Your perspective is terrific as we peek behind the forward cowboy. I feel like a damsel in distress for whom he has come to the rescue Your gun and holster details are perfectly rendered and I love the windowpane checks on the red shirt. The cowboy in blue appears to be the villain. Hope my hero wins.

I love the perspective of this, the tiny man down there ready to draw and the imagination of this big part of a man, or is he high up on some roof? We don't know. Perfectly excecuted as always, and carefully planed, blue shirt, red shirt etc your work is always beautifully finished.

haha! as if you have to worry about a blind contest. Your impeccable style and attention to detail have become legendary! I like this a lot and think you should do a full line of old west art for another story. (I hope the lady in pink hiding in the back doesn't catch a stray bullet!)
