Yeah, I've seen this broken branch in some of your other photos. Looks like a good place for your to just sit and wait until something comes along.

    Thank you Dave, it does seem like the branch of choice!

This little fellow seems to be resting in an awkward position upside down. Well framed with sharp focus on the dragonfly. Nice detail of its wings. As always nice camera exposure with good composition. Thanks for sharing

Wow another one with hand stand - seems you had some fun with them - this one adapts totally to the wood and the strong green macro background adds so much by its shades and light balls
our shot is hyper sharp - excellent in contrast and lighting - perfect in use of space and color saturation
A well composed picture, taken from a nice front angle with a vice verso focus as the guy has perfect focus on you too - wondering what they seek in the wood, excellent reaction, well presented

A very nice shot. The focus on the dragonfly is great and the broken twig held together by the tendrils makes a great perch. Well composed with excellent colors.

Quite a nice nature photo posted here! Your full and central composition grants us an enjoyable view of your upside down dragonfly. The detail in the wings is great! Sharpness and exposure are good. Well taken!

I first thought that you were joking by turning the pic by 90° but no mistake, the position of the legs indicate that he was resting with his body up; outstanding sharp focus and details;

Grace,
A beautiful picture of this Meadowhawk Dragon Fly resting on the broken end of the branch head down tail in the air with your sharp focus we can see the finest details in it's gossamer wings against the soft blurred greens of the background. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.
