This is geat! You were able to capture a monarch butterfly perfectly! Excellent composition! Brilliant morning colors (both butterfly and flower). Blurry backgroung helps to focus on the main subject. I like the pattern on the wings and those tree yellow spots. Now, it has recognized status. You should promote again this beautiful photo! I an out of sixes to award your work as it deserves.

The butterfly is sharp focused and in good light. The refinement of detail is impressive and allows to identify the species. The colors are realistic. The photo is well exposed and has good depth. The shallow background emphasizes the insect excellently. The butterfly is well placed into the frame. The composition is balanced. Best Luck!

I love the colors of this monarch against the lavender hues of the flower. The blurring of the greenery in the background provides just the right artistic touch to this scene as it creates a lovely texture that makes the sleek delicate wings of the butterfly pop.

A beautiful picture of the Monarch Butterfly alighted on the Buddleia flower spike about to suck nectar. the light glowing through it's closed wings strengthens the colours. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
