Wow definitely your best. I thought your last was but this is so dynamic. At first I thought it was mushrooms but yes jelly fish most definitely. Superb colours. What a great mix of dark and light. There is a glow about this, may be how you applied the metals. Certainly a success.

I am really impressed. I really like this one. All those muted colors and stringy tentacles give a supreme illusion of depth in a murky environment. This is a strange but beautiful painting. Reasons for my five star vote.

Yes, Linda, this is the best of the lot. Such a cool, creative and original underwater scene. It's like the jelly fish and their surrounding environment have been transformed by an electric current into a somewhat psychedelic new realty. Immediately appealing. A great contest entry and I wish you the best of luck.

the back part looks like paint-flow. The colours are delicious, very 'arty' but they work. by using the deep purples which stand out for the jelly fish. I so wish I could swim and see these colours.

Excellent choice of an underwater subject.
Aptly captured for the contest theme...
Subdued illumination.
Palpable impasto strokes.
Fine features & smooth textures.
Diminishing perspective gives a better depth....
Impressive entry. Potential voters choice...
Thanks for sharing...

I really like the thick texture you achieved with the enamels. It gives the jelly fish a three dimensional appearance that brings them off the canvas front and center. The water looks great too with realistic bubbly water.

This is so cool!!!!!! A perfect technique for designing jelly fish swimming in the ocean deep. I love the beautiful colors attached to the jellyfish and how you made them swirl and swag thru the water. Absolutely brilliant movement and strokes. It makes us feel if we are in the ocean deep. Just beautiful. Good luck in the contest. It is a winner.
