This is so serene and peaceful looking now that the work is done and the hay is baled. I lobe the shadow the silo creates on the barn roof tops. I like the puffy white clouds in soft blue sky and the golden field just says harvest.

A pretty good entry into the competition posted here! Your fine and traditional composition grants us an enjoyable view of your country location. Exposure and sharpness are good. Lovely photo, well done and good luck!

Fall is coming to its end, but the last signs of summer remain. The sky is still blue and the trees are green. Harvest is already done, but some fresh green grass shows between the pellets. You captured nice detail. The landscape is interesting. The photo is well exposed and focused. The photo has good depth. I appreciate the realism of light and colors. The landscape is well framed. The composition is balanced. Best Luck.

This is a beautiful scene, I love farmland and the farm buildings, this is well focused, the image is clear, exposure is good, the colors and tones are natural.i love the hay field with the bales of hay waiting to be collected, the buildings are well placed in this scene. I love the sky with the perfect amount of cloud detail. Well composed and presented! Best wishes to you in this contest!

A beautiful scene that is well composed. It looks like they still use a baler instead of the more modern rolls. Anyway I like the hay and the way it balances that gray sky. Best of luck in the contest.

Thanks so much Mike! I think that may have been an Amish farm which may be why they have the square bales=) Not sure though=) Thanks again! Lori
