I really like the natural lighting of this composition. The reflected light gives a nice glow to the sunflower blossom and the back and head of the sparrow. The sunflower leaves seem to be embracing the sparrow.

That sparrow sit on the sunflower like a little king. The bird seems confident and unafraid. The light and the colors of the flower emphasize the bird remarkably. The photo has good exposure and is well focused. The colors are realistic. The dark background emphasizes the bird well. The photo has good depth. Body and plumage of the bird and all parts of the the flower are refined. The photo is well composed.
